Welcome to Student Days. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Student Days website and services (the "Service") operated by Student Days ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and a current or prospective college student to use Student Days. Some deals and events require verification of your student status through a valid .edu email address or other means. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share your account or use someone else's account.
Student Days helps college students discover discounts from brands, deals from local merchants, and events near their campus. We aggregate and display these offers and events for your convenience.
Important: Student Days is a discovery platform. We do not sell the products, provide the discounts, or run the events ourselves. The merchants, brands, and event organizers are responsible for honoring their own deals and running their own events.
Some links on Student Days are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking, at no additional cost to you. This helps keep the Service free for students.

If you apply to become an event organizer, you agree to post accurate event information, honor the events you create, and comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any event or organizer account at our discretion.
The Student Days name, logo, and the Service's design and content (excluding third-party deals and events) are owned by us and protected by law. You may not use them without our permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that deals and events will always be accurate or available. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Student Days will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any issues with third-party deals, merchants, or events. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York. The Service is intended for use within the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
